“I’ve been doing TRE with Kate for just over two months now and, already, I am reaping the benefits. Following traumatic childhood and teenage years, my body had become a wreck and, as an adult I have been suffering from chronic pain and insomnia. Over the years I have spent a fortune on remedial work such as physio, osteopathy, deep tissue massage etc. and whilst all of these things have helped to keep me moving and feel in less pain, the effects have never lasted very long – sometimes only as little as 24 hours.
